Tap in, tap out. No app

Employee Clock-in

A tag by the door and a tablet on the wall. Staff tap in and out, breaks and overtime are counted for you, and the timesheet exports ready for payroll. No app for anyone to install, and no GPS tracking — the tag is screwed to the wall, so they have to be standing there.

Available now

Built and working. Runs on one device per site today; multi-location sync needs a backend, which we will build when someone needs it.

Quoted per site — the tag is the only hardware

No photo yet

We have not built this one yet, so there is nothing honest to photograph. When we do, the picture goes here.

01

No GPS, and that is the point

The market leader stops buddy-punching by tracking where your staff are. Ours does it by bolting the tag to the wall. Simpler, cheaper, and nobody has to be followed around.

02

Overtime counted properly

Regular, overtime and double-time in separate columns, on BC rules by default and editable if yours differ. Confirm the current standards before you run payroll from it.

03

Exports for payroll

A CSV with employee, date, in, out, break minutes and each hour bucket. Approve a timesheet and it locks, with who approved it and when.

Best for

Who this actually suits.

  • Restaurants with shift staff
  • Salons and clinics with a front desk
  • Trades crews signing in at a yard
  • Any site where the paper sheet keeps going missing

Where it stands

No overselling.

Everything on this page is quoted in CAD before tax. If something here is not right for you we will say so — we would rather sell you the one thing that pays for itself than five that do not.
